The Large Villa
This one-plus acre estate has been skillfully set in lovely gardens and patios that terrace their way up the gentle slope from the beach. These secluded areas are wonderful places to soak up the sun, to barbeque, dine, and to enjoy the panoramic views.
Villa Ortiz reflects the best of
traditional Mexican architecture in its beautifully tiled cupolas, arched
and
carved doorways
and its stained glass windows and skylight. The entry foyer is magnificient
with its fountain and reflecting pool.
Large doors from the living room open to a patio that commands a sweeping view of the beach and ocean. The villa offers a spectacular fifty foot swimming pool complete with diving board.
Adjacent to the Large Villa is the
Little Villa, a self contained deluxe unit that is the perfect setting
for a family or small group.
The Little Villa has much to offer...a
large livingroom, diningroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Two large bedrooms
are located atop a half flight of stairs, each with a full bath. The master
bedroom has a king-size bed, a shower, bath-tub and two sinks. The second
bedroom has a double and single bed with adjacent bathroom & shower.
Both bedrooms have ample space for additional roll-away beds.
A Popular feature of the Little
Villa is its rooftop patio that provides an impressive vista of the estate
and surrounding countryside, it is reached via an outside Attached to the Little Villa is
a separate, self contianed studio apartment. This small unit is available
on its own or in conjunction with the rental of the Little Villa.

The
Large Villa offers four spacious bedrooms and baths on the main floor and
a second floor penthouse complete with sitting area. Each of the bedrooms
has its own outside entrance and is airconditioned or has a ceiling fan
for comfort. By using additional roll-away beds the Large Villa can accommodate
up to twenty guests. This Large Villa is well equipped for romantic
honeymoons, family reunions or
small corporate gatherings.
The LittleVilla

staircase. The Little Villa is furnished with linens, dishes and appliances.
The large swimming pool is available for use by Little Villa guests most
of the time.
