Who is Billy Ortiz?
Billy Ortiz, a successful businessman turned powerful minister of the Gospel, is a man whose very life is a testimony to the miracle-working power of God.
As a small boy and youth, raised by a family of “church planters,” he experienced several awesome demonstrations of God’s power… healed of disease and his life even being miraculously saved after lung poisoning. His gripping story alone is enough to draw the hearts of even non-believers and skeptics toward Jesus.
As a young up-in-coming businessman, God reached out yet again and touched Billy in a supernatural way. His powerful financial testimony, illustrating God’s principals in both the personal and business realms, was the method God used to propel him into active ministry… impacting untold thousands of lives for the glory of God.
Mentored over 25 years under the ministry of Morris Cerullo World Evangelism, Billy was active with the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship, International, having helped found the San Jose chapter luncheon and serving as Field director for the San Francisco Bay Area. He was also director of the San Jose Chapter’s Air Lifts for Mexico.
As well as teaching at Schools of Ministry and Congresses on Evangelism with Morris Cerullo, he currently serves as a member of the Board of Elder for Morris Cerullo World Evangelism and is a member of their President’s Council on World Evangelism.
Bill has shared his life-changing testimony and ministered God’s Word throughout the US, Mexico, and Central and south America in a variety of churches and fellowships and on platforms in crusades and teaching seminars, as well as on nationwide programs such a s “700 Club” and “VICTORY with Morris Cerullo.”
Billy now spearheads powerful work for the glory of God, “The Outreach for Mexico”. In this ministry Billy has stepped forth in exciting manifestation of God’s salvation and miracle-working power…seeing many thousands brought to a saving knowledge of Jesus and witnessing hundreds of miracles.
Truly God has released an unusual explosion of His anointing in Billy's ministry. With the prayer support of his home church, Cathedral of Faith, in San Jose California, his outreach began a small work in Bucerias, Mexico, which has exploded into a thriving ministry with five churches and twenty-nine mission…raining up several thousand committed Christians in Mexico.
A born soul-winner, God placed in Billy’s spirit a special burden for God’s little orphan children. The Lord has opened doors for Billy to Feed, clothe and teach God’s Word to dozens of homeless orphans in the “Children of Aldana” orphanage in Chihuahua, Mexico.
Operating in the gifts of the Holy Spirit and ministering under a powerful anointing. Billy brings not only the message of salvation, but also a vital work of total commitment necessary for the endtime church… and God demonstrated His power through physical healing, deliverance and marriage/family restoration.
God supernaturally opened the doors 9 years ago for Billy to operate the “Children of Aldama” orphanage in Chihuahua, Mexico. This successful orphanage was transfered to a major christian orphanage and is currently home to over 90 children.
The vision of this ministry is to reach out to starving,
homeless, sickly, hopeless children, touch their lives with the love of
Jesus, and transform them into energetic, responsible loving boys and girls…confident
of who they are in Jesus!
